Located in Adelaide Railway Station’s restored Grand Public Dining Hall, ours is a venue where rich history meets modern dining.

Here, local produce is served with love. Our friendly staff will guide you through a menu which showcases the best of our state and our suppliers – from Coffin Bay oysters to Adelaide Hills Pinots.

Luke Brabin

Head Chef

Luke joins The Guardsman having worked at some of the finest restaurants across Australia and China including running five star restaurants in Shanghai, China and Japan and opening The Maze alongside Gordon Ramsay in Melbourne. Luke’s passion for South Australian produce shines through in our menu which he describes as ‘fresh, local, flavoursome and unpretentious.’

Allirra Chaunut

Venue Manager

Allirra brings over 17 years of hospitality experience to her role at The Guardsman including a seven year stint on Australian icon The Ghan as a Platinum Host looking after celebrities and international clientele. Like The Guardsman, Allirra is South Australian through and through and has more than a few stories to tell about our great state. Allirra loves to chat so come in, grab a beer and say hello.
